J. Stacy Rogers is an Eli awarded BFA graduate of the Philadelphia College of Art (now The University of the Arts).
Rogers paints with the power of classical, traditional realism infused with a contemporary flare and subject matter.
His art is comprised of good composition a mastery of the medium of oil and conveys the feeling of the subject matter.
Stacy's art was published in Hunterdon Life magazine's August 2009 issue in an article written by Shirley J. Saso entitiled, "People Pique His Interest".
Rogers is a member of both Oil Painters of America and the Portrait Society of America.
